This is a first for the private rental market. Developed by the social partners in the 1% Housing, the PASS-GRL ® is for donors who wish to rent their property safe while facilitating access and maintaining housing for the greatest number.
Officially opened on December 20, 2006 by the signing of an agreement between the State and the social partners in the 1% Lodging grouped within the UESL. The PASS-GRL ® has been operational since early 2007.
It is a device of insurance taken out by the lessor or the initiating rental management, in order to cover the risk of unpaid rent, the management of real estate damage and the costs of litigation in the event of litigation . But beyond the insurance contract, the PASS-GRL ® goes further. It relaxes the criteria for access to housing, providing surety natural or legal person, and offers support the tenant in difficulties.
GRL Management, whose principal mission is to ensure the promotion and development of the PASS-GRL ® from the operational, financial and technical, has worked together with APAGL, Association for the Access to Benefits Locatives, guaranteeing the social purpose of the device, specifically responsible for the processing of social tenant.
