"Health security is a collective responsibility", the WHO argues that commemorates its inception, as every year on April 7.

To cope with these global threats, enhanced by the worldwide growth of the movement of people and goods, the World Health Regulations has been revised to say that states in the WHO disease outbreaks potentially dangerous at the international level, explained to AFP Fadela Chaib, spokesman for the WHO.
